Activity Descriptions:
Athletic Fitness Training (Mon & Tues): Come and train like a pro! This training camp style session works on improving all aspects of athleticism which include; speed, power, agility, quickness, and reaction time (SPARQ). The drills used in this session are not only fun, but are the same ones utilized by elite level athletes! Get ready to bring your A-game because after this session, you’ll see fitness in a whole different way!
Integrated Muscle Conditioning (Wed): A total approach to strength training using body weight, resistance tubing, medicine balls, and more! Exercises are focused on compound, total body movements that will give you “true” strength and higher levels of endurance. Not only will you find muscle you didn’t know you had, but you’ll be glad you did!
Muscle/Cardio Games & Drills (Thurs & Fri): Remember the play-like nature we all experienced as kids? Exercise was more like a game and didn’t happen in the confines of a gym. Re-live the experience in a session that’s been dubbed, “Recess for Adults!” This session utilizes competitive friendly games while providing all of the benefits of a strength & cardio program! You’ll have so much fun that you’ll forget you were working out until it’s done!
